Cancellations & Refunds

Order Cancellations (Before Shipment)

You may cancel your order at any time before it ships without penalty, except for custom-made or made-to-order items.

To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@bisonsupplypro.com or via our live chat. We will confirm the cancellation once processed.

Custom or Made-to-Order Items

Products that are custom-built or manufactured to your specifications cannot be canceled or refunded once production has started. All sales of custom or made-to-order items are final. Each product page clearly indicates if this condition applies.


How to Initiate a Return

If you would like to return an item, please contact our support team within 30 days of delivery at support@bisonsupplypro.com. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with detailed return instructions. Returns without authorization cannot be accepted.


General Return Policy

  • Most products are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.
  • Some items may have brand-specific return procedures, which our team will help coordinate.
  • A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply, depending on the product’s condition and manufacturer requirements. We always notify you of any applicable fee before processing the return.
  • Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and in original packaging with all parts and manuals included.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • You may use any insured, trackable shipping method for returns. We recommend keeping your tracking number for your records.

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times displayed on product pages are approximate and may vary depending on the manufacturer, production schedule, or carrier. While delivery delays are rare, we will always assist you in tracking delayed shipments and ensuring timely resolution.


Important: Exchange & Return Agreement

By purchasing from Bison Supply, you agree to the following:

  • Inspect all items upon delivery and note any visible damage on the bill of lading before signing.
  • Take clear photos of the outer box, inner packaging, product, and shipping label.
  • Report any damage or defect within 24 hours of delivery by emailing support@bisonsupplypro.com.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.
  • Canceled shipments after dispatch may incur freight and restocking fees.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Document the damage with clear photos of the packaging and product.
  2. Note the issue on the carrier’s delivery slip before signing.
  3. Contact our team within 24 hours of delivery at support@bisonsupplypro.com.

We will coordinate the replacement or repair process directly with the manufacturer. Claims submitted after 30 days from delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.


Warranty

All products sold by Bison Supply are covered under their respective manufacturer warranties. Warranty coverage and duration vary by brand and product type. If a product issue arises, please contact Bison Supply first. We will assist you in submitting the claim and coordinate with the manufacturer on your behalf.


Refund Timeframe

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received, inspected, and approved. You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued.


Return Shipping Responsibility

Unless otherwise specified, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If the return is due to a defect, shipping error, or manufacturer issue, Bison Supply will cover or reimburse return freight costs.


BOGO Promotions

For “Buy One, Get One” promotions, both items must be returned to receive a full refund. If only one item is returned, a store credit or partial refund may be issued instead.


Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact our team directly before filing a chargeback. Our support staff is committed to resolving any issue promptly and fairly.


Brand-Specific Return Policies

Below are return and warranty details that apply to specific manufacturers. Our support team will assist you throughout the process to ensure smooth coordination with the brand.

1. HiQual / Sioux Steel

  • Return Window: 30 days from delivery date.
  • RMA Required: All returns must be pre-approved.
  • Restocking Fee: Up to 20% depending on condition.
  • Return Shipping: Customer pays freight unless Bison Supply or Sioux Steel is at fault.
  • Condition: Must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Exclusions: Custom items, used parts, and consumables are not eligible for return.
  • Defective Products: Claims must include photos or videos. Sioux Steel may repair, replace, or refund at its discretion.

2. Lakeland Farm & Ranch

  • Return Window: 30 days from receipt.
  • RMA Required: Prior authorization is mandatory.
  • Restocking Fee: Typically 15% unless Bison Supply or Lakeland is at fault.
  • Return Shipping: Paid by customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Condition: Must be clean, unused, and in original packaging.
  • Exclusions: Promotional or altered products cannot be returned.
  • Defective Items: Lakeland will inspect and determine repair, replacement, or refund options.

3. Stinger Attachments

  • Return Window: 14–30 days depending on product category.
  • RMA Required: All returns must be pre-approved.
  • Restocking Fee: Up to 25% due to freight handling.
  • Return Shipping: Customer pays unless Stinger or Bison Supply made an error.
  • Condition: Must be unused, unmodified, and in resellable condition.
  • Exclusions: Installed, welded, or modified parts are non-returnable.
  • Defective Claims: Report within 24 hours with photos. Stinger may repair, replace, or issue a refund based on inspection.

4. Loflin Fabrication

  • Return Window: 30 days from delivery.
  • RMA Required: All returns must be approved in advance.
  • Restocking Fee: Typically 20% depending on item type.
  • Return Shipping: Customer covers freight unless Loflin or Bison Supply is responsible.
  • Condition: Must be unused, uninstalled, and undamaged.
  • Exclusions: Customized or altered products cannot be returned.
  • Defective Items: Provide photos, videos, and description. Loflin may repair or replace the item under warranty.

Digital Products

Digital or downloadable products (such as manuals or plans) are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
