5. Pricing & Availability

• If a pricing or availability error occurs, we may cancel the order and refund any amount charged.
• Images may include accessories or staged environments not included with the product unless explicitly stated.

6. Shipping & Risk of Loss

Shipping terms, service levels, address changes, and timelines are governed by our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Our general return windows, fees, and processes are governed by our Refund Policy. Brand-specific policies on product pages supersede general policies.

8. Custom / Made-to-Order

Custom or made-to-order products are built specifically for you and are final sale once production begins. Cancellations or refunds are not available except as required by applicable law or warranty.

These Terms and your use of the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of laws principles, and applicable federal law of the United States.

18. Dispute Resolution

Most concerns can be resolved quickly by contacting us at support@bisonsupplypro.com. If we are unable to resolve a dispute informally, you agree to submit any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site to binding arbitration on an individual basis in Wyoming, administered by a recognized arbitration provider, and you waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration. Nothing limits either party’s ability to seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for misuse of intellectual property or breach of confidentiality.

If arbitration is unenforceable as to a particular claim, the claim shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
