Shipping Policy – Bison Supply

This page explains how bisonsupplypro.com handles order confirmations, shipment timelines, service levels, and address changes.

Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your payment method.

We immediately coordinate with our suppliers to verify stock and availability for shipment. If an item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and notify you by email. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within five business days), we will capture the payment and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment

If your order is in stock and charges are processed, it typically ships within five (5) business days from the order date.

Tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout within 24 hours of the order leaving the warehouse. If you do not receive tracking within six (6) business days of your order, please follow up at support@bisonsupplypro.com or call +1 (888) 971-6047.

Shipping Scope

No shipping outside the USA. Some exceptions may apply (e.g., select products may be available in Canada). If checkout allows your address and payment, your order will be processed.

Changing Address

If your order has already processed or shipped and you need to change the delivery address, we will do our best to accommodate. Please expect delays for address changes.

Important: Any additional carrier fees (e.g., reconsignment, storage, redelivery) resulting from the address change are the customer’s responsibility. No exceptions apply.

Shipping Times

All published shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. We notify our vendors immediately to expedite shipments, but delays can occur due to supply chain constraints, carrier capacity, weather events, peak-season volume, or other factors outside our control.

If an order is canceled solely due to a shipment not arriving within the estimated timeframe, the customer is responsible for all associated shipping charges, warehouse storage costs, and any other applicable fees. If you experience a delay, please contact us—we will work with you and the carrier to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

Shipping Options

  • Curbside Delivery (Free): Standard option for most orders. Typically arrives in 5–15 days after your order is submitted and processed. The carrier delivers to the curb or end of driveway.
  • Threshold Delivery (Upgrade): Item is brought to your porch or a sheltered/garage area. Availability depends on carrier/service level in your area.
  • White Glove Delivery (Upgrade): Item is brought into your room of choice; light assembly (if applicable); removal of boxes and packaging. Availability and lead times vary by carrier and product.

Notes: Upgraded services may add transit time and cost; not available for all items or locations. Freight carriers will typically call to schedule delivery for large/heavy items.
