Easy Flow Elite Adjustable Cattle Alley

Arrowquip’s improved Easy Flow Elite Adjustable Cattle Alleys are designed to be safer, quieter, and more efficient than your typical cattle alley. Cradle-shaped and fully adjustable, this alley can accommodate cattle of any size with easy adjustments. Featuring spring-loaded locking systems and safety latches, you can quickly modify the width of the alley from one side by simply pulling on the adjustment cables. Adhering to low-stress cattle handling principles, the Easy Flow Elite Cattle Alley has caulked flat sheeting and nylon bushings over the slam-latch pins to reduce noise. Additionally, the alley sections bolt tightly together to eliminate the need for pins.

The Easy Flow Elite Cattle Alleys are also equipped with the 3E: Easy Entry and Exit System with the NEW removable panels. Cattle only see what you want them to see in the Easy Flow Alleys. By modifying the panel sides to your preference, pressure zone handling techniques can be applied to regulate flow with ease. For further customization and control, rolling alley gates and kicker panels can also be added to create the alley system of your dreams. There are infinite configurations possible to suit your needs.

FEATURES

Cradle-Style Alley

The cradle profile adjusts from approximately 20.7″ to 31.5″, letting you accommodate cattle of varying sizes and preventing turnarounds. Both sides can be adjusted from one side using the pull cables attached to the cam-slam latches. Safety latches add security so panels don’t drop unintentionally.

Removable Panels

Adjust what cattle can see as they move through the alley by removing or repositioning side panels. This helps you apply point-of-balance techniques to regulate flow. When not in use, the removable panels can be bolted to the outside of the alley for easy storage.

Quiet Construction

Noise-reducing details—like caulked sheet metal, nylon bushings over slam-latch pins, and sections that bolt tightly together—minimize rattling to keep stress levels low and cattle moving smoothly.

Alley Systems

Mix and match 8′ and 10′ sections, add rolling alley gates and kicker panels, and clip seamlessly to other Arrowquip equipment to build the alley configuration your operation needs.
